Dr. Cindi Schmoll
Hi! My name is Dr. Cindi Schmoll and I am one of Dr. Michael Golden's associates at the clinic. I became interested in veterinary medicine when I was ten years old. My cat, George, became gravely ill and almost died but was saved by a kind and caring veterinarian. From then on, my focus was veterinary medicine.
I grew up in West Orange, NJ and went to undergraduate school at Rutger's University from 1975-79 graduating with B.S. in Animal Science. From there, I received my doctorate in veterinary medicine from Tuskegee University, School of Veterinary Medicine in Tuskegee, Alabama in 1983. After graduating, I worked in private practice at Huffard Animal Hospital. In 1987, I decided to make veterinary medicine a bit more friendly and personal for my patients and started the Veterinary Housecall practice. It was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
In 1997, after starting a family, I sold the practice to Dr. Michael Golden. I have been married for 20 years to my patient and supportive husband - Pete. I also have two great kids: Harrison and Sarah and two mischievous cats Gray and Scruffy. I am truly blessed. Love is a wonderful thing.
